How to setup your store on Scrader
1. Sign Up
Create your account by downloading the app or visiting Scrader.com/register
2. Register as a vendor
Provide accurate information for your email, phone number, store address or current location, store description, store tag (this is like your IG handle), and bank details.
3. Update your logistics settings
Select your delivery options (pickup or delivery) and whether you want to use the Automated Logistics service
4. Upload your products
Upload at least 5 products to start selling and gain enough visibility. Make sure your images are original, high quality, with a proper description.

How to process orders
For every order made on your store, you will receive email & in-app notifications. You can either accept or reject the order and if you need to, provisions are made for you to contact the shopper to clarify every necessary detail.
How to get orders delivered
After accepting an order, you can update the delivery status. If automated logistics is enabled, you will receive a call to facilitate order pickup and delivery status will be automatically updated. If you are processing delivery manually, send the product out within the timeframe indicated in your store settings.
To update delivery status, go to the order page, click “Update delivery status” when the product is sent out and when delivery has been made.
How to receive your money
All your pending balances will be paid to your bank account immediately or a day after delivery!
